The role and opportunities
As a Graduate in the Cybersecurity team, you’ll join our Technology Consulting services and gain invaluable experience collaborating with diverse clients across a range of sectors and industries. Our team consists of 22 passionate professionals from varied educational and cultural backgrounds, creating a rich and inclusive workplace environment.
As a graduate in the Cybersecurity team, you will spend your days:
- Solving complex challenges for our clients across sectors and country borders. You will help them work with or solve unique cybersecurity challenges and enhancing their overall security posture.
- Collaborating in diverse project teams that are specifically composed to include a relevant range of competencies, background and personalities, to competently deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions tailored to the client needs.
- Uplifting your cyber competencies on the daily, through your project work with clients and our internal Cyber communities that enable domain specialization, for instance into Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Architecture, Cyber Regulations, Risk Management, etc. You will continuously learn theory and apply it in practice, thereby adding more and more tools to your cybersecurity toolbox.
- Engaging in a dynamic and fun Cybersecurity Team where we welcome diversity and enjoy socializing, whether it be for team lunches, social events or Friday bars. We are a young team with high-energy that benefits from also having experienced role-models in the team for mentoring and coaching.

- Qualifications:
- You completed your Bachelor or Master studies in 2024, or are set to graduate in 2025, within the field of IT, Cybersecurity, Software engineering, Law, Risk Management, or similar studies.
- You reside in one of the Nordic countries.
- You speak and write English fluently. It’s preferrable if you also speak and write Danish fluently.

Our Recruitment Process Includes The Following Steps
- Application: Fill out the application form and upload your CV along with your most recent grade transcript.
- Assessment: After submitting your application, you will receive a link to our gamified assessment within a few days. The assessment takes approximately 8 minutes to complete.
- Video: Upon completing the assessment, you will be invited to submit a short video application answering three questions that explain your motivation for applying. This is a pre-recorded interview that you can complete at your convenience.
You need to complete both the assessment and video by March 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Detailed instructions will be provided via email.
You will only be considered for the position once all steps have been completed. Selected candidates will be invited to two rounds of in-person interviews, including one case interview. These interviews will take place in April 2025.
